The following images were photographed by the canal in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. They represent the convergence of shapes and design with the presence of landscaped desert yuccas in contrast with watercolor impressions of the urban city. My goal was to create images that appear as charcoal sketches filled in with vibrant pigment ink colors. These images tell a story about time, travel, imagination, and possibilities. -Kim Robbins
