‘Eye of the Horse’ Horses have always carried ‘Eye of the Horse’

Horses have always carried something deeper—
strength without force,
movement without chaos,
a kind of instinct that knows how to move forward… even in uncertain terrain.

Placed in a modern ranch interior, this piece becomes more than artwork—
it becomes the anchor of the room.

The warmth draws you in.
The stillness settles the space.
The eye holds you there.

This is what I love to create—
work that doesn’t just decorate a wall,
but shifts the feeling of a room.

In the shadow of the cross, the Easter lily opens. In the shadow of the cross,
the Easter lily opens.

Pure. Quiet. Unafraid.

Light falls across its petals
like a reminder—
that even here,
in the stillness,
life is already unfolding.

What looks like an ending
is often the beginning
of something far more beautiful.

They ask us to slow down…
and stay present to what’s quietly unfolding in the dark.

Purple Heart #2

There’s a kind of love that holds both
beauty and thorns.

I created this piece during Easter…
thinking about that tension—
how something can feel both tender and costly at the same time.

This one has quietly found its way into places of healing.
And recently, someone reached out for it again.

Which made me pause…
some images just seem to stay💜

Available as a limited edition print or canvas.

A quiet strength. A life just beginning.
Steady. Gentle. Strong—just like the elephant.

Sometimes a piece finds a new name to fit the moment it’s given into.

Limited edition, available in custom sizes.

Prairie Light Another piece developed from my rec Prairie Light

Another piece developed from my recent time on a working ranch in Colorado. I loved the perspective of photographing the mama cow through the tree branches. She had just had her calf and was grazing. Placing the Windmill, big like the sun, in this composition created a great visual for me. The colors I selected reinforce the strength & beauty of new birth, sky beauty, and the motion of wind on an early warm spring day.

Blue Duck There was something about him—the way Blue Duck

There was something about him—the way the wind moved through his mane, a little wild, a little untamed… not the expected polished image, but full of spirit.

I love creating abstractions from real, everyday moments like this—captured on a working ranch during calving season, where life is raw, beautiful, and constantly unfolding.

This piece holds that energy for me… strength, movement, and a quiet kind of freedom.

Layers of Love These ranunculus were part of a bo Layers of Love

These ranunculus were part of a bouquet my sister-in-law brought to decorate our home for Peter’s milestone birthday. She spent many years as an interior designer, and the house was filled with beautiful flowers for an evening of laughter, joy, and love.

I have been watching and photographing them all week long in our big studio window.

Flowers seem to carry their own quiet language.
To me they speak of generosity, beauty, and moments worth savoring.
